Oaken Grove Social Event
Thank you to all who attended our fabulous social event at Oaken Grove Vineyard last week. We really loved hosting you in the stunning vineyard setting, with wonderful live music, tasty food and wine tasting which more than made up for the slightly chilly weather!
We enjoyed hearing from the Oaken Grove Vineyard owner, Phil, whose inspiring story showed us what courage and dedication can bring to bear. Andy referred to the 100th anniversary of Eric Liddell’s Olympic triumph in Paris and reflected on how “we are all running the race of our lives”, but we can’t do it alone!
We were delighted that Becky Nightingale could be with us to provide an amazing update on the fundraising outcome and share the uplifting story of her involvement in the Dreamland project over many years.
Andy explained about the upcoming opportunities to get involved with the Beyond Finance community.
The event really reminded us as a team, how blessed we are to be associated with such a wonderful and generous-spirited community.
